Trailer rental conditions

Trailer rental price €15 to €20/day. The minimum charge is one day.

We accept payments preferable Mobilepay, Online Bank Transfer, Debit/Credit Payment, Google Pay, Apple Pay, or any other method of payment allow us by payment gateway.

Additional coverage €5/day.

The lessee (=customer) is obliged to check the condition of the trailer when receiving the trailer. If the trailer gives rise to remarks, the lessee must report it to the lessor without delay.

The customer must use the trailer carefully only for the usual use intended for it, the trailer must not be used for moving earth materials.

The trailer must be cleaned after use. The hood of the trailer must not be washed with a pressure washer.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the driver driving the trailer has a valid driving license whose driving license class entitles him to drive the said vehicle. trailer. The customer is responsible for and pays fines and fees caused by possible violations of parking regulations or other use. The lessor is entitled to hand over the lessee’s information to the authorities in order to collect these payments and to investigate other situations requiring official action.

Apart from the usual care and maintenance measures, the renter may not repair or have a third party repair the rental trailer without the lessor’s consent.

The trailer must be returned to the store at the latest at the end of the rental period, empty and cleaned and otherwise in the same condition as it was when it was rented. The trailer must be returned to the same place from which the rental took place, unless otherwise agreed in writing. At the end of the rental, the trailer must be locked with a padlock and the key must be returned to the key collection point. By returning the key, the tenant agrees that the trailer can be released from the reservation even if the rental period has not yet ended. If the trailer is returned later than the agreed return time without the lessor’s permission or empty, the lessor has the right to charge a rental compensation (€100.00) and, if necessary, demand compensation for other damages caused to the lessor.

The rental cart may not be taken outside the Finland.

The trailer is fully insured. The customer’s deductible in case of theft and damage is €200. By paying additional coverage (5€/day), the customer gets a deductible reduction. The taken deductible does not release the customer from responsibility for the repair costs caused by damages caused by carelessness or negligence, such as e.g. lifting the nose wheel up while driving. Damages caused by a punctured trailer tire and overloading the trailer are the responsibility of the customer, and are not covered by additional coverage.

If the delivery of the rental equipment is delayed or does not happen as agreed, the customer can demand compensation, a discount or cancel the contract. The maximum amount of compensation is limited to the rent for the rental period. The lessor is not responsible for any indirect or direct costs or damages that the customer may incur due to the delay in handover, the use of the trailer or its breakdown.

If the customer wants to cancel the rental, it must be done by phone or e-mail no later than 24 hours before the start of the rental. We charge a €10/day processing fee for cancellation of the rental, which is deducted from the refundable rent.
